Using SattvaHR for Attendance and Log

To use SattvaHR for attendance logging, a biometric device is required to collect attendance punches. This includes employee ID and attendance logs.

When using our application on your mobile device, we require access to your camera and photo storage. This permission is only used with your confirmation and is necessary for uploading photos. We do not share your personal data or information with any service providers or sub-processors.

In certain legal situations, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information as defined by law.

Security of Your Personal Information

Face Recognition Data

We use a verification code to match the person with their profile picture for attendance. If the profile picture does not match, attendance will not be recorded. The profile picture is stored in the employee’s profile as an image. We do not share this data with any third-party service providers.

  3. Tap the face attendance icon and follow the instructions.

    No, there is no paid content or features; employees do not pay any amount.
