SattvaHR is a web and mobile based application that helps organization to manage their organization work and payroll activities. whoever the user is by accepting the terms and privacy policy, we collect your personal information from you to process further. we will use your personal information to provide you the best services of our application. Your personal information will never be used by any third-party application.
We collect several personal and non-personal information of yours to use the applications and it's features and functionalities. We collect the Location address as the non-personal information.
For personal information we collect user's Name, Phone-Number, Email, and location details. This information we need to communicate with you smoothly and let you use our application and its services without ant barrier.

Using SattvaHR for attendance and log
For our users to use the SattvaHR for attendance log we require biometric device to collect the punches for attendance logs. It contains the information of employee with ID and its attendance logs.
If you are using our application on your mobile phone or any other device, we require the access for your camera and photo storage. This access permission we don’t use without user's confirmation. once you allow us to use your camera and photo storage after that we use this permission access to make the most and smooth use of this application without any problem. This access helps user to upload the photos. We are not sharing any of your personal data or information with any of our Service providers or any sub processor.
In certain situation that includes legal actions to be taken we have the rights to disclose the personal information of yours. Which is define by the law.

Security of your Personal Information
After collecting all the data and information from you it is our responsibility to store them and secure it and make sure the data will not be modified, or deleted, or implemented anywhere else. In SattvaHR the right to access your personal information will be given to our authorized person who oversees managing the personal information of yours.
As an employee or the end user you have right to request us to update any of your personal information given by you. For this type of changes the user can directly contact to HR Department or to the authorized person who is managing the payroll activities. SattvaHR is not in direct relationship with any employee's or end user's personal information.

Deleting your personal information
On your request we will delete the personal information or data that you have provided if there is no longer use of it.

We check and update our privacy policy from time to time. for latest updates we request you to check our privacy policy first. we will notify you when we update our privacy policy.
